Nuestro Pueblo Radio Program
Join us every Saturday from 10-11 a.m. for our weekly radio show, Nuestro Pueblo, entirely in Spanish and hosted on La Zeta. Our mission is to empower the community through valuable information. Each episode features diverse speakers, essential resources, and impactful organizations.

César Chávez and Dolores Huerta Student Poster Contest
We commemorate the legacy of Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta through a student poster contest. Participants delve into the lives of these civil rights icons, drawing inspiration from their significant efforts to safeguard farmworkers' rights. We welcome artwork submissions from students across the community, culminating in an awards celebration in early April to showcase and honor the winning pieces.
Somos Latinos Conference
The Somos Latinos Conference is a collaboration between the Tri-Cities LULAC Council #47014 and the CBC LULAC Club. The guiding principles include: 1) Improving oneself through education and creating positive impact and change, 2) Building a stronger support system for students at home and on campus, and 3) Understanding diversity and unity makes stronger. The first annual SOMOS LATINOS LULAC STUDENT conference at Columbia Basin College.
In 2022, our team planned for 120 students from Pasco and Kennewick school districts. We were happy to host 250 students that included students from other school districts!
We were fortunate our Keynote speaker was Senator Rebecca Saldaña from the 37th Legislative District. Special thanks to Mariachi Halcón del Río, Chiawana High School, and their great music.
Noche de Leonas
LULAC Tri-Cities creates an annual gala celebrating inspirational Latinas! At this empowering event, student Latinas from all over our community can come together to hear the success stories of these inspiring women. They have an opportunity to hear about the struggles they have overcome and the lessons they have learned along their journey to success. It's a great opportunity to make meaningful connections with other amazing Latina leaders!
