Minimum qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish speaker required

  • 2L or 3L law student or law school graduate considered

  • Licensed attorney preferred

  • Strong interest in civil rights and voting rights preferred

Your day to day will include:

  • Support Tri-Cities LULAC litigation efforts through legal research and analysis, and support new litigation projects;

  • Interview and work with potential clients and provide LULAC member support;

  • Draft and edit public education and advocacy materials;

  • Engage in public speaking and attend meetings and/or conferences;

  • Conduct know-your-rights trainings for members of the Latino community in Eastern Washington;

  • Plan legal programing for community members;

  • Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned.
